Hey there!

Thank you for being such a loyal customer of Harmony Day Spa over many years. We wanted to introduce you to some special friends of ours. Rebel Strength & Performance in Fairfield has recently upgraded much of its equipment; it is gorgeous and inspiring. 😊

They have accepted the challenge and the enormous task of getting Amy back in shape (!). Last year was a big birthday year for Amy during the pandemic, and like many others, the weight just crept right back on because we were busy working and streaming! I guess Estheticians and LMTs are just like the rest of us! I am kidding.

But time to pull it together because a number, like age or a number on a scale, is just that. It does not define you. Strength is beauty. And we at HDS are used to doing hard things. Tough things like a down-to-the-studs build-out during the pandemic, raising enough money to send 14+ Foster Youth to Summer Camp, or celebrating 20 years in Business on February 3, 2023 (our Independence Day)! Wait until you see what Small Business Saturday 2022 will offer.
